Extended Workflow - Change authorizations in the group comment field

The group comment field is used to exchange comments on documents or patent families. This field can be formatted and searched. As part of our extended workflow concept, it is now possible to show these group comment fields. To simplify administration, specific access rights can now be assigned for these fields within the projects created.

Previously, the rights assigned by the administration were often ignored, but now these rights are taken into account for each user, with the most comprehensive right taking precedence.

If no specific authorizations are granted, the group authorizations defined by the administration are applied by default.
