New technological basis for neural search
The neural search in the patent software IP7 compass has been comprehensively enhanced to achieve a significantly higher level of quality in the search and evaluation of patent information. The improvement is based on a complete reprocessing of the entire patent database - including the descriptive texts - using state-of-the-art AI methods.
In the course of the update, all relevant text information was reanalyzed, restructured and optimized for the AI-supported search.
This enables IP7 compass to recognize content, technical correlations and semantic similarities even more precisely and take them into account in the search results. The result is a significantly improved hit quality, especially for complex technical questions and demanding patent searches.
In total, several billion AI-based representations were generated and intelligently linked with each other. This new technological basis makes it possible to understand patent documents even better, identify relevant results more reliably and significantly optimize the sorting of hits.
Improvements for central AI functions
The following functions in IP7 compass benefit in particular from the increase in quality:
- AI full text search
- AI Sorting
- Similar Patents
- IP7 AI Innovator
With this further development, IP7 compass offers users a noticeably more powerful search environment. The improved neural search helps to find relevant patent information faster, more precisely and with higher content quality - a clear step forward for efficient and well-founded innovation and patent searches.
