Overview

The new, AI-supported simplification of the first claim (AI summary) is used for the first relevance check. This allows the essential content to be captured more quickly and the relevance/balance check to be completed faster.

Please note That only the first claim Is simplified. secondary Claims or further independent Claims may exist and may need to be examined.

This Function is available in All versions.

AI summary for the Windows application

The AI summary is called up in the menu in the Windows application. This can be done in the results list for the selected patent or in the detailed view. The language selection of the target language is also selected in the menu:
