Dynamic Re-evaluation within existing Tasks

In the extended workflow concept, patents can be processed by different user groups in several tasks, depending on their evaluation.

Previously, a patent family was required to complete a task could not be processed again in the same task.

This behavior will be adjusted with the current extension:

• If a patent family is affected by new findings or an external evaluation reclassifiedIt can re-enter a task that has already Been completed.
• The prerequisite is that the Change date of the status is newer than the original processing time.

This ensures that relevant developments are taken into account at all times - without interrupting existing workflows.

At the same time, the History completely preserved and documents all previous processing steps in a traceable manner.
