Structured Forwarding to Experts ("review")
The extended workflow concept allows a user / user group responsible for a task to delegate the evaluation of a patent or a patent family to another expert, e.g. if this expert appears more suitable due to his know-how.
This forwarding of the evaluation is called a "review". As it is always a matter of processing a task within a specific project, the selection of experts for forwarding is often fixed. These experts can now be defined in a special review role depending on the project.
Users can now be optionally defined for the "Optional Review Role".
These then appear at the top of the user selection list. This means that the relevant expert can be selected more quickly without scrolling or searching.
