Cross-project evaluation with a clear structure

The external Evaluation is used if a patent family from one search project is also relevant for other projects and is therefore to be evaluated across projects.

This function can still be started from anywhere in the system and enables flexible further processing of relevant documents.

With the current expansion Mandatory information such as evaluations or classifications consistently taken into account. These also remain binding for the External assessment and ensure that all necessary information Is recorded in full.

• To support this, the corresponding Mandatory folder opened.
• This allows the document to be classified directly and the evaluation to be completed in full.

The Result: a clearly structured, comprehensible Evaluation - even across Project boundaries.
