Introduction
Using the filter functions, result lists can be filtered quickly and specifically according to certain properties. The filter functions have now been enhanced for the extended workflow. Only the filter options that are available in the displayed result list are displayed.
Project-related filter options
The following project-related filter options are available:
- In Input / not in input
- In review / not in review
- Status values
- In input: Filters all patents that are in the input folder of the task
- Not in input: Filters all patents that are not in the input folder of the task
- In review: Shows all patents that are in review status (have been forwarded to another person for processing).
- Not in review: All Patents that have not been forwarded To another person.
Status shows the various Status values that the displayed Patents currently have (no History). These can therefore be easily filtered.
