With the new version of our software, we are expanding the workflow concept to offer even greater flexibility and customization options.
Starting now, you can define different types of workflow templates—for example, monitoring with or without preselection. This allows processes to be tailored more precisely to your individual requirements.
-> In addition, it is possible to derive different workflow types from a single template, enabling significantly more efficient use and reusability.
Examples:
Workflow with pre-selection:
The search profile is sent to a user who only checks relevance and filters out irrelevant results -> The user does not perform a rating.
Workflow without pre-selection:
The results of the search profile are sent directly to the expert, who immediately conducts the evaluation.
