Within a hit list, patents can now be sorted (ranked) using AI methods.

A search for similar patents can be carried out for up to 3 patents. A new list of results is created.

To assign a patent to a folder, simply select the relevant patent in the results list and click on the box next to the folder.

The ribbon menu for the results list and for the detailed view has been extended. The share button in the results list has been removed.

Double-clicking on an image in the results list now provides a maximum image view.

A new function in the extended workflow is the resubmission. Patents can be put on hold at a defined point in time.

The dashboard now displays settings for the projects in the extended workflow.

Within the extended workflow, tasks can be defined where a user or team can decide to forward the patent to external experts.

A new option in a workflow template task now allows a patent family to be processed only once.
