Within the extended workflow, tasks can be defined where a user or a team can decide to forward the patent to external experts.
This expert is then only included in the evaluation team for this patent. The team that forwarded the evaluation can withdraw the patent from the expert at any time.
Now the expert who receives a patent for evaluation can also reject the assignment. In this case, the patent is returned to the team’s entry list.
