The filter functions can be used to quickly and specifically filter hit lists according to certain properties. The filter functions have now been expanded for the extended workflow. Only those filter options that are available in the displayed hit list are shown.
The following project-related filter options are available:
- In input / not in input
- In review / not in review
- Status values
- In input: Filters all patents that are in the task’s input folder
- Not in input: Filters all patents that are not in the task’s input folder
- In review: Displays all patents that are in review status (have been forwarded to another person for processing).
- Not in review: All patents that have not been forwarded to another person.
Status shows the different status values that the displayed patents currently have (no history). These can thus be conveniently filtered.
